At Equator Coffees, we want you to love every sip; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or merchandise, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
For non-perishable merchandise, ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please provide the roast date and batch code.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once your return is inspected at our roastery, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
