How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?

We roast our coffee to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans that allow you to receive your favorite beans on a recurring schedule. You can customize the frequency and swap flavors at any time through your account dashboard.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We are committed to sustainable sourcing and fair trade practices. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure environmental stewardship and equitable pay for all workers in the supply chain.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since we begin our roasting and fulfillment process quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed.

Do you provide ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose from various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, or French Press on each product page.
